When the company falls under one of the following object business types or 5 facilities, the plan should be submitted.

Pursuant to revision of Article 2-2 and 33-2 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act」 (Jan. 26, 2012), the objects to submit a hazard prevention plan are expanded to 10 business types and business place with less than 5 workers.
※ However, in the case of a business place with less than 5 workers, the plan should be submitted only when the equipment is installed.

  • When a melting furnace bigger than capacity 3 ton is installed, moved or changed

  • When chemical equipment (special chemical equipment) which handles more than the standard volume specified in Attached Table 9 of the Rules related to the Standards for Industrial Safety and Health is installed, moved or changed

  • When drying equipment of which the maximum fuel consumption of the heat source per hour is bigger than 50 kg or the maximum power consumption is bigger than kW is installed, moved or changed

  • When a welding device with a fixed type shared gas storage of which the aggregated amount of flammable gas is 100 kg or more is installed, moved or changed

  • When a local ventilation device (excluding mobile types), sealing equipment or a total ventilation system installed to seal or remove the discharging source of gas, vapor or dust coming out of the 49 object materials of safety inspection is installed, moved or changed (air distribution volume of 60 ㎡/minute or more)
  • When a local ventilation device (excluding mobile types), sealing equipment or a total ventilation system installed to seal or remove the discharging source of gas, vapor or dust coming out of the 49 object materials of safety inspection or installed in the place dust work is carried out is installed, moved or changed (air distribution volume of 150 ㎡/minute or more)
